I would add some dusty rainmarks on the side plates to help break them up a bit and make them look more interesting.

Tobias, the medals are wrong, they are from first napoleonic period, as the foot prints, that looks like japanese boots from early war. The leaves on the ground are wrong too, they are more american than european and the green used to paint the tank need to be more brownwish hahahahahaha
I'm kidding for sure my friend!
Fantastic work, your paint skills are fantastic and I loved the rusted plates.
Build what you want, the way you want and be happy!
Cheers!

My 2 cents?
This weld seams are awesome!! and the rusted "added after/not added-after plates" as well.
The footprints are a really nice touch too. I think we forget that sometimes the crew actually has to dismount the vehicle. Great job Tobias

Not to harp on your figure painting.. but that officer guy looks one step short of being too stab-happy (aka ... ima kill you face)
Otherwise, I think your model and diorama looks really neat. Nice weathering and all that. Like you, I also model to have fun and to make a pretty tank rather than blow my brains out trying to strive for total accuracy and detail that takes a level of dedication (and money) that I simply don't have.
So kudos for sharing this and have fun on your future builds.
