As much as I want this kit, the box art does not match either of the the two photographed examples in any way. Beside being a bergehetzer with a flak 38. Then again, it was long thought that this field mod consisted of a mountain flak dropped into a gutted out bergehetzer. So, there may be more information out there than I am privy to. Wouldn't be the first time.

You're right about the mis-match between the "box art" and the "photo-work"... (CAD drawing..?)

I would think that a "Bergehetzer"-base vehicle would have made more sense as far as interior room was concerned, rather than having that "porta-potty" at the rear of the Fighting Compartment...

The photos of the real thing- Why the down-angle of the vehicle's horizontal plane? Was this thing a "Tail-dragger"? (That's aero-person slang for an aircraft with a Tail Wheel)

Dan- Are you referring to DRAGON's irritating penchant for getting things... WRONG..? Is the "Evil STARWARS "Head Honcho" to be equated to DRAGON's upper-level Management, perhaps..?

No, I'm referring to all you people who bash Dragon on a regular basis.

If the shoe fits, Dan...

I'm not knocking their WWII German kits- They've got everyone else beat in that respect, except for (possibly?) some of BRONCO's stuff. But I DO think that CYBERHOBBY/DRAGON/BLACK PLAGUE could do better where their US/Allied kits are concerned, and there are quite a few of us "die-hard" US/Allied fans that would agree. They just don't seem to want to make that effort, though. Don't take the "DRAGON-bashing" so seriously. None of us are going to put a "contract" out on DRAGON...

Interesting point. Is it because the suspension is set for the weight of a 75mm over the front so that a lighter gun doesn't load it properly, or more likely, there has been an internal fire which usually causes the suspension units to collapse?

More pics here

No Magic Tracks. It comes with link and length called Neo Track. Hope this is true for the other upcoming releases based on the JPz 38 platform.
