Paint conversion chart that includes AK?

All the online paint color/number conversion charts I've found exclude the newer paints from AK and Mig. Any idea how to translate AK and Mig numbers to the older paints from Tamiya, Vallejo, Lifecolor, etc?

I do not know of any, guess they are no longer needed as the new companies clearly name the paints for the intended use...

The names may be helpful but I'm looking to try and convert an AK color, for instance, to the same color from Tamiya.

The "Hobby Color Converter" app for Android has conversions for Tamiya, Revell, Humbrol, Vallejo, Gunze, Citadel, Testors, and AK paint lines. No Lifecolor or Mig, unfortunately.

There is an app for the iPhone (maybe android too?) called "ModelPaint42" that is what you are looking for.

EDIT: if you do not have an iOS device let me know the AK color and I can look it up for you.
