Even if ICM doesn't do any conversions, this chassis can be so easily used for scratch-conversions to several other body types - even civilian vehicles for those who want.

This was actually announced back in January...nice too see its right around the corner to be released.

I'm planning on converting it to a Ford Patrol Car myself.

Do you remember where you saw the announcement? I searched everywhere on this site and on ICM's site to confirm that it's 1/35, but I couldn't find anything on it!

That I don't know...I'm sure it was at some major show. I've been keeping a spreadsheet of kit releases (the stuff I want at least) and been tracking when it's shown off and how long it takes for it be released.

Most companies have a turn-around time of 3-6 months so far...Trumpeter can be either really good or really bad about this...LOL
