challenger 2 and Charrv question ?

Hi all

Can any one please tell me ..
if the hull top putter edge sides are a different size in height ?

The reason I ask is I've noticed that the charrv the rear fuel filler caps seem to be level with the top of the engine deck
but on the mbt that seem to be several inches lower ?

Iain, can you elaborate, possibly with pictures of what you mean? I have access to both but am not really sure what you're looking for. PS, it's CRARRV, not charrv (The abbreviation for Challenger is Cr).

I hope the pic come up

I've drawn on some red marks to ask about the hull sides that seem taller than the gun tank ..the red arrow is to show the level seem to match the height of the engine deck oh the crarrv. .on the gun tank there seems to be a 3 or 4 inch step ?

CRARRVs may be based on the Cr1 hull but current CRARRVs use Challenger II sprockets and track. The Challenger fleet is also fitted with tension markers on each of the bolts on the roadwheels (the small plastic triangular markers that you often see on trucks - except the army ones are green rather than day-glo!)
