hey all is not lost ...I'm sure you'll be able to fix it up with your weathering ...I see you really did have a fight with your airbrush on this one didn,t you? looks like the paint was coming out uneven and grainy....you know what I would do is go over your camo with your colors and dry brush the colors right out as close as you can to the sides ...all three colors (to get rid of the overspray) then lighten your colors and dry brush inside not as close to the edges this time and then redo that a bit lighter a third time ..After all that hard work ...go back to your Airbrush (I know but trust me here ) and mix up a very thin dark yellow 90%thinner 10% paint and do a quick overspray ....Then with a couple of filters and washes you'll be winning gold medals with this baby...Don't give up now!!
Anyway that is what I would do but I do know how discouraging it can be when your airbrush lets you down after so much hard work...What kind of A/B do you have?

Not to fret,
If you give it your usual dusty overspray to simulate dusty travelling, the tones will even out some.add washes and drybrushing, and the finish will be just fine.
Trust me.I have no idea what I'm talking about. #:-)

It's not that bad Charlie. Remember, most camo was field applied. This scheme looks just like the crew hastily put it on. I think with some washes, some drybrushing, and weathering, this Hummel will look fine. Be sure to view wartime photos. Most camo schemes were not always perfect on the real vehicles. Keep up the great work !!!

Cheers !
