Hi Everybody;

Anyone have Info; on there customer service for replacment parts ? I need to replace the OHWS on my Terminator !-- My New Dog Eat it.

Have a read on this page about ¾ of the way down area marked after sales service and it provides instructions on what to do if you have either defective parts or as in your case lost parts:

Second. I had a couple parts short-shot on their D9R Dozer. They sent me an entire replacement sprue. Great service!

Tamiya is great links this but a guy from Academy laughed at me when I asked if I could buy an entire sprue.

Hi Guys;

Just recieved my replacement parts from Meng; The service was Great with no problems, and they came in only three weeks. Man was I Impressed how Fast the service was, and the People were A pure Joy to correspond with.
I Will Highly Recomend there Products & Service !!!!!
