Don't know about drawings but HERE is a walkaround I did a couple of years ago while at a show at Detling, Kent.

Everyone else was climbing over the Chally 2, while I was in the corner with the HET.

Maybe you try contacting the manufacturer?

Hi Iain,
it could be that King is not reponding because the semi-trailer is property of the government. In Germany we have the Bundesamt für Wehrtechnik und Beschaffung or BWB, that has the "rights" on Bundeswehr vehicles. I asked them about a specific vehicle and they gave me permission to go to the manufacturer and get some drawings. Why not asking the MoD about this issue? BTW I also did a walkaround on the UK HET a while ago. If it helps, I can share it with you. (about a hundred pics)

Maybe you could try asking Accurate Armour ?
They did one in 1/35th scale:
https://accurate-armour.com/our-products/135th-kits/k154s
"Currently not for sale" though but maybe they would be willing to assist with basic measurements/drawings and the walkarounds could give the rest of the details ...

UK HET trucks and trailers are not owned by the government. They are owned by a private company, FastTrax, and leased to MOD. Those used for peacetime work in the UK are mostly operated by FastTrax on civilian plates, with 19 Sqn RLC being the operational unit. The trailer was developed specifically for the UK HET requirement. You could try contacting FastTrax, the sole operator: http://www.ftxlog.com/fasttrax-ltd/. The UK has recently agreed to lend some UK-spec HET to the US Army in Germany, who must presumably be short of HET capability.

I believe Accurate Armour got their model info from FastTrax. AA also supplied FastTrax with some cased assembled models loaded with CR2s as presentation pieces. The trailer is surprisingly complex: it has its own donkey engine to power all the hydraulics. And of course you'll need an M1070F to pull it. In theory any tractor with enough grunt could pull it, but only the M1070F ever has.
