Hi everyone. I just started building my latest model
All I can say is: That kit is awsome. Regards

i like the looks of this. i wanted to get a t-90ms a while ago but no kit was out at the time. i would love to get one of these but the t-90ms is quite expensive. i'd prefer to buy something with better value like an m1 abrams or a t-14 armata. but the t-90ms is still very appealing to me.

Yes, indeed, this model is expensive, but I think it is worth it. I just had to have it, regardless of price

How is the fit? I hope to see you continue with the build and offer any tips if you have any problems. I'll be ordering one of these in the near future.

The Tiger Model molding looks very sharp. Like Tamiya quality. I plan to order a kit myself despite the price.

Looks like a nice kit, haven't seen any review of it, that makes this project even more interesting, good luck mate

That thing for folding the PE mash for the turret basket is ingenious. Apart from producing well detailed, perfect fitting kits of interesting subjects, they add some really nice touches of their own too. They're definitely one of the (if not "the") best newcomers of the industry.

Good build
it's indeed a rather nice kit, much better and crispier than the Trumpeter model.
One thing for your consideration : I see you have attached parts D40 and D41 to the back plate as per the TM instructions BUT the actual 2011-2012 demo T-90MS do not appear to have been fitted with these

Bonjour Yann
Could you explain more about the "bad points" of the Trumpeter's kit?
I haven't choose the kit i'll get so it could be interresting to have some informations.
Merci d'avance
A+

Ditto on this.
Please information and/or proof of this Yann. From what I can see the detail is crisper than what one would see on a meng kit, but definetly not better than previous Trumpy kits (from photos provided, more accurate easily possible, but crispier? that I question)

Salut Stéphane, Andrew,
on the whole I find the Trumpeter kit has softer detail compared to the TM kit.
Although I don't have accurate measurements of the real tank, some of the parts in Trumpy's model appear to be either undersized or oversized.
IMO the main issues with the Tiger Model kit are :
- slat parts are VERY thick
- the towing cables are too thin
- the Tucha smoke grenades are too long.
That said, I think the TM kit is a better kit and an easier build.
I'm having problems with my usual photo setup so my pics are not as good as they should be, but hopefully they will be of some help.
Apologies to Grzegorz, didn't mean to hijack your build !

WOW thanks Yann
You confirmed that the Trumpeter slat armour are better (it was why i was thinking to buy this one) but now i see that it should be better to replace the slat but getting TM kit.
Very informative
Thanks again
Stephane
ps: i see that you're still IN for models accuracy!

Interesting. TM's Nagmachon "Doghouse" suffers from the same "fat slat" syndrome...

Thanks for posting the comparison pictures Yann. I was going to buy BOTH the Trumpeter and Tiger Model kits but I'll just settle for the TM kit instead. The TM kit has much sharper moulding. If the TM kit is easier to assemble that is a bonus.
Trumpeter announced another version of the T-90MS, let's wait and see if Tiger Models will do the same as well.

Tony,
I'm pretty sure TM will do a later version as there are a few extra parts on the sprues for such a version (not to be used on this kit). It's a only matter of time...

Seems Trumpeter is starting to let some of their quality slip in favour of quantity
