Hi folks
I was wondering if anyone had any first-hand knowledge of Bronco's replacement parts service...or if they have one. I've lost a few parts (who knows where they went, it's like loosing a golf ball on the fairway....) Will they send replacement parts, what's their policy? Anyone know?
Thanks in advance...
Bob

Hi Bob
My experience was completely different. I was missing some decals from one of my sets, sent them a mail and a few months later my decals arrived in the post. If memory serves, I didn't get any formal response to my mail, the decals just arrived.

Bob
This going to sound weird(it did to me).I had bought a Bronco kit online and hadn't built it for some time.I found, when I opened the kit that a small bag of parts were missing.I contacted the vendor and they said to open a ticket with Dragon Care.I did,and to my surprise, the parts showed up a month later.Don't know if they'll replace/sell lost parts but it's worth a try.
