Thought I'd pass along my experience with ordering Trumpeter parts.
I needed proper sprockets for my Skif T-80UD and the options there were either their T-80, T-80BV, 2S-7, 2S-7M, or 2S-19 kits.
Only the T-80B kit had sprocket sprue available so not all kits have all sprues available. Each sprue was $4. USD with $6.43 shipping for a total of $14.43. They quote a delivery time of 12 to 20 days, I placed my order 11/21 and recieved it 12/12. All in all I was happy with the service. http://part.trumpeterkit.com/

Ha ha ! No, I simply abbreviated Trumpeter so the whole title would fit on the subject line.

What are you supposed to use for the item no.? I tried searching the kit numbers of a few of my Trumpeter kits and nothing turns up. I really need parts for 03210 too.

So you can order parts to build a complete model? Tasca does the same.

Yep, type in the kit number. If nothing comes up then that kit may not be available as individual sprues yet. As an example I searched for all of their T-80 chassis based kits for the sprocket but only the T-80B kit came up.

Kit number 05565 returns a bunch of results (links to sprues in some webshop)
But, searching for 05511, 05513 or 05548 only gives an error message. Just like 03210 ....

I'd like to order some of the Door sprues from the containers to make other container versions (double ended or 2 sets of doors on the sides etc)
but they're not available yet either.

I really hope they add them. I'd rather not have to throw out a $100+ kit all because they forgot a sprue.

Ordering is easy, but the parts selection is hit or miss. I wanted to convert my Trumpeter AD-4 Skyraider into one with the armored fuselage. I was able to order the fuselage parts but they didn't offer the lower wing parts. Some kits aren't in at all, others have selected sprues.

Lucky you - I e-mailed them for a set of tyres for their SA2 on its transporter. The reply was send 10 Dollars to cover shipping to their " Customer Service Dept " then nothing - bubkis - Nada !.
Thanks for nothing Trumpeter, had to bin the whole kit.
