Live Resin missing parts

So recently I purchased the Live Resin kit 35416, after starting the assembly I found that I was missing a part. Tried a few times to contact Sprue Brothers which is where I purchased it from and I have not heard from them. So how can I get a part from Live Resin,has anybody ordered parts from Live Resin? Or has anybody ever tried to get parts from Sprue Brother?

I was missing some parts in a set as well. Contacted Live Resin directly and got a replacement. If Sprue Brothers do not respond, I would suggest contacting Live Resin.

Well I have to agree with Mario,if you are missing a part you should try to contact the company directly.
