Well, I don't see myself building one, but I'm glad it is there for someone who wants to replicate this sort of ornate European gate.

This style is totally accurate, very much used in early 19th century so you are totally in your right, on the good path with such an ornate style but I myself like the more simple/robust/industrial style. I have to admit the "tannhauser" style seems to be almost the only style in use in the 1940's. First, excuse us. We have been changing web software and perhaps something was wrong programmed in the mail account, becouse you have an answer in the next day and probabily does not go out.
If you allow me, I will use this space to inform other modellers who may be interested that the Humvee Airless wheels will not be manufactured again as they were.
There are only 14 units manufactured and sold in the world, because the manufacturing system was very expensive. Our cost on time was approximately € 60 and was on sale for € 24.

I should like to make one last reply on this topic (for any readers out there that might still see this) and sorry Jaime for hijacking this thread even further. After extensive PM conversation with Hans I have come to the understanding that he is not the pro Nazi modeler I thought him to be and publicly calling him out on that has no place on this forum, for which I apologize to Hans and the broader readers.

I think it is necessary that I clarify, that in my previous post, when I said the good and the bad , I was referring to the criticism of the modellers, I never wanted to talk about people.

From what I can see all that I can say is "Wow! that's one impressive-looking fence" followed by "Thank you". I'd hate to try and scratch build this!
