I brought PE bender 5 years ago.there's no problem if you wanted to bend 60 degree (plus or minus),but not half round,or semicircle.is there any tool that can bend half round or semi circle/?

Anything round that you have around the house can be used. I've found the shanks on drill bits to be wonderful forming tools. The real key is to make sure you anneal the PE part first. This will soften the metal and remove the natural "springiness", making it easier to work with.
