Looks clean for my taste. Add some dusting on the lower part of the vehicle. The tip of the barrel could also use some powder. Nice work on the diorama! Like it!

John, I think it looks good. I kinda like the "clean" look, you don't get to see one too often.

Great build. Since you're on cobblestone, I'd avoid the mud but a slight wash and some drybrushing would liven it up a lot. The stuff on the glacis is gonna fall off as soon as the driver hits the breaks or the tank hits a bump. Run some thread over that stuff to "tie it down" :-) Things I like: the worn recoil mark on the barrel, the LT stripe on the helmet, the trolley rails, the vines on the building, the well blended and slighly worn markings.

Hi
Your build looks nice and clean. Given the rusty tracks, and the location, I'd say at least a little dust is necessary. Just moving that thing from the docks would dirty the hull somewhat, so it would be a different color on the lower and upper hulls.
I can also see the track tension is pushing the front bogie assembly around! You need to do something so the wheels are all on the ground, and not tilted by the tracks.

Hi guys, well Herberta you know what it is with Italeri tracks...they're so ****ng hard to get in shape!!
but I'll work on it, as on the dusty part of the model. When I saw it as a picture , I have to admit it looked a bit clean. Thanks a lot for your input, all of you.
When I'm done with the improvements, I'll post some new pictures.
Thanks again, John.

Ain't those tracks a pain!!
I used the Academy 3 bar tracks on my Italeri Shermie. Given the setting, you could just glue the bogies in the right position. The problem is that the tracks are already on...
Good luck!
Cheers
Andy
PS I see the term for a female dog doesn't work as the last word in the first thing I wrote. "Ain't those tracks a lady!!" was too silly to leave there...

Love the whole scene. The sherman looks great .... but I would go along with some dust on the lower hull and running gear. The easiest way to fix those Italeri tracks is to get rid of them. I had two posts recently with this same model and the Italeri M32 .... and the tracks nearly drove me mad. I will never use italeri tracks again. Pure rubbish! The front boogie needs to be levelled as someone has already mentioned. What barrle did you use? That isnt in the box!
I love the little scene. Whos that by? The cobblestone detail is amazing. Lovely backdrop for a scene with a few soldiers. Have you any plans for this? I see open hatches, so there must be at least a crew coming! Nice one.

Hi, Plasticbattle. Thanks for the nice words! I'm working on all the tips you all gave me right now. I decided to get rid of the Italeri tracks...had some Academy spares!
As for the barrel: It's a reshaped kit-original...I simply glued on the muzzle-break.
I'm not planning a dio with this scene, to be honoust I don't think I have it in me...I was planning to use the cobblestone-wall section as a photobase for several different models.
Greetz, John.

One note about the Academy tracks.
When I used the 3 bar tracks from the M12 on my Italeri Sherman, the tracks were too long. I had to cut off a few links to get a good fit. Keep that in mind, test fit a couple of times first!! I superglued them to the return roller assemblies, then ran them along the bottom of the bogies to get the best fit.
Cheers

Wow, looks alot better with the diorama setting. Nice work on the walls and cobblstone street. All you need is a figure or two. Very nice work here !
