Not easily, but yes. The biggest mod would be to backdate the left rear hull to an M1A1 type. You would need to shave all the UAAPU or Harker battery details off and then redo the bolt pattern and add the fuel filler cover back. You would also need to source the M1A1 Commander's Weapons Station (CWS) and the round cover in place of the CITV on the left top of the turret. A bunch of other M1A2 SEP-specific parts would also need to be left off.

It would be much easier to get an M1A1 kit. I recommend either the Dragon M1A1 AIM or the Rye Field M1A1/A2 with interior. They are both great kits.
