I thought I would share a job well done by a model company.
I recently purchased IBG Models Rosomak Polish APC and found that the decals and PE were missing.
I sent an e-mail to them this morning about this and within hours I received a reply apologising for the omission and advising me that some replacements were on the way.
To me, this is how a model producer of excellence should perform and has only re-affirmed my confidence in their products and level of commitment to the modelling community.
Thanks IBG.

That;s great. Meanwhile, Dragoncare sucks. I have a kit missing a piece and filed a ticket back in March. They responded after a few days and said they would check availability and then never got back to me. I have messaged and emailed them 6 or 7 times after that and they don't respond.

I contacted Dragoncare (Dragon USA) for a missing part. My response was that they didn't have any open box,or damaged box to get the part from, and they weren't going to open a good kit for the part. # Dragon Don't Care!
