What would be the correct color for this vehicle. Were they used in the 83 war? If so I am thinking perhaps sand grey but am not sure.

Jeff thanks for the link. Some good photos but they all seem to be a bit overexposed so it's hard for me to determine the color though I lean toward a sand color. Just not real sure.

If you are planning to build a Magach 6B in Lebanon during the 1983 Lebanon operation you can use Vallejo Air 71142.

You need a sand-grey tone for your vehicle.

Humbrol kahaki drill n°72 is perfect for 82's IDF vehicles.

The problem is that it's an enamel paint and i don't know if Humbrol have n°72 in their Acrylic range.

If you mix Tamiya, add a drop or two of XF-49 Khaki. Buff and Gray alone will not give you that distinctive shade of IDF armor from that period.

You want just a hint of a green color in the mix.
