Nice modern stuff that can be found all around germany (and likely other parts of western europe) So if you want to do a Twilight:2000/Zombi Invasion/Collaps of Western Civilisation Dio - MAIM has the stuff.
Their 3D printing is nice and sharp (at least the figures I bought from them in 1:24 and 1:35 are)

Yep MAIM is top. I own many figures of them. They are on point.
For shipping: stop whining... What the heck!. shipping costs cost what it cost to ship via e.g. DHL. If you cant afford it then get more income.

Spoken like a true German!
That is the most rude comment to make about someones income. So happy you are so financially well off!
39.00 to ship a 12.00 figure to the U.S.?! Screw that!

Its a pity that shipping costs more than the product. However these rates are what the shippers ask for, I doubt whether the manufacturer has any control over it.

Me109G10, if you can't be a bit civilised with your comments best not make them in the first place.

Wow, their prices are very high for overseas mail. Even compared to other german mail order houses (Say Modellbau König). They start 15€ higher and go through the roof for heavy packages to Canada (while the König actually goes down since heavier = higher cost for the contains and the higher the cost of the ordered models the lower the mail costs you pay)
Now I do NOT know the deals MAIM (a rather small company with likely a small volume in mail) has compared to Modellbau König (one of the "big names" in Germany when it comes to mail order, King Models likely being number two) but I think you are a lot better of looking at a trader/mail order house that carries their products and is preferably near by.
In germany Modellbau König carries PART of their program and that part will likely include the new parts presented here (They do not carry their 1:24 line)
OBTW: Ther GERMAN prices, including the charge for certain special delivery/payment methods, are low even compared to other german mail order businesses. So my guess is "that was the best deal they could get" and not "let's shear the customer-sheep"

Sorry but that is not a "True german". Sounds more like a "true FDP voter" (Basically think conservative republicans with libertarian leanings and no problems the LGBT). A minority in germany and one that is generally not well liked.

What about no politics in the policy for this site. Disgusting the way it evolves.

Maybe that sounds "OK" in German. In English however... One of the rudest comments I've read on this forum...

Even in german that is a very rude comment no matter how you translate it. I can't think of any way for it to be nice, even less so with the emoticon added. That has a "late roman decadence" speech feel to it.

Sometimes it is helpful to use a little politics to pinpoint where within a larger population a certain person could be found/would find similar thinking persons. The guy is not "Otto Normalverbraucher" with his opinion.
