These look interesting, did they ever release the mobile tracked version that I seem to remember from somewhere?

I think you're remembering the tracked transporter-loader for the HAWK. The multi-part system consisted of a radar platform, generator pack, loader-transporter (which was tracked) battery control center and a lengthened 5-ton truck used to transport the missiles and/or loader-transporter. I don't think there was ever a "tracked" launching system fielded.

No, he remembers the announcement of Dragon M727 Hawk tracked launcher. The kit is based on a museum vehicle in Israel, which is not a real thing, but there was in fact a real M727, although its service in US Army was very short.
