As mentioned before, I'm not happy with this kit as to how it fits and stuff (still I might finish it for Abrams ID) so I allready started the Dragon USMC M1A1HA "Iraqi Freedom"

Looks good so far, just watch the space on the front of the hull. Is this the Trumpeter kit by any chance? I have one of those on my shelf that needs to be built and I have heard very mixed reviews of it.

The turret fix looks good , I know that is a pain on this kit - I've been through it 4 times so I feel the pain . Looks like you are going to try something on the front mud flaps ( replace with PE ? ) Just hang in there after the paint is on it will get better .

Must say I'm glad that the TurretMastah says it looks okay...
(I'll probably finish it, but right now, I'm trying to get my juices flowing again by doing the Dragon's...)
Yes the mudflaps will be done with leadfoil.... (like the way it folds.... :-) )
