Looks like RFM will be releasing a T34/122 in April. Not my cup of tea, but I know people have been waiting for one. Now where will all those Maquette kits go!?

Yes it is a Czech hull.
Looks like that there will be 2 different sets of wheels offered.

Thanks Nikos for posting all those pictures. It looks to be a most interesting kit. I too think that there will be a couple of T-34 kits in the future. A bold release by Ryefield !

There is potential in this hull. I can imagine : Syrian T-34/85, Egyptian T-34/85, Egyptian and Syrian Su-100!!!

...and perhaps the T-34/100 (T-100) as well.

Looks great, but I wish they would have molded the turret so that all the upper side panels could be displayed open. This is a very unique feature, although it would have meant they would have to do some interior. Out of the 4 kits/conversions that have been done of this vehicle over the years (Commanders Series, Maquette, Accurate Armour and AEF Designs), AEF is the only one that molded it open, so I'll keep that conversion, but this kit will be the perfect base to use it with.
I've always been a big fan of these unique conversions - the first magazine article I had published 20 years ago was the Commanders Series T-34/122 conversion on a Tamiya T-34 hull with a Verlinden engine...
