Beacuse of the IOTV ballistic vests, they are US Army only. If you look at their USMC tanker set, you will see the differences between the USMC vests and the Army vests.

These are much cleaner sculpts and resulting casts than the army guys....

They are appropriate crewmen for any US Army armored vehicle. There is nothing that makes them specifically for any one vehicle or vehicle type. They are fine for a Stryker, Bradley, Abrams, M109A6, M113, M1117 ASV, M9 ACE, etc...
