As title says, which one of these sets is better, anyone have experience with them? I've looked into AFV also but heard they tend to break easy.

I do not have any experience with either of these.
But.
Shermans have a type of track, live track, which does not sag (at least not when it is still functional). This means that the track shall not hang down between the return rollers.
This straightness is harder to achieve with metal tracks since they are heavier and trickier to glue.
The kit tracks sold as "working" or "workable" need to be glued solid in some way to prevent them from sagging.
Based on the above I would choose the plastic tracks

I'm not too concerned about the sag. I have some ways to deal with that issue. I am leaning towards a plastic though. I'm considering sanding down the pads to make them look worn and plastic would be much easier I believe. However I like the hollow guide links on the metal tracks
