Out of the sci-fi and back to the Panthers.. funny enough the Jagd I started here with isn't lighting my fire right now.. but a couple of oldies have my attention.

DML late A with Royal etched Zimm is all but done. I think I ran out of steam at weathinging the turret after fighting with the decals.





And with all the new Panther G's with interiors out there, these old Tamiya shelf queens have me motivated to polish these off before buying something with innards. Steel Wheeled panther, been sitting for a while

WIP on the 9040B!

After more than three years on the shelf this one is getting some attention!

Nice work on the DML Panther.

I have the same Tamiya Steel wheeled Panther shelf queen. Started it right before my 13 year hiatus from modeling. I got it to the primer stage 3 years ago, but it ended up back into queen status.

I made 2019 the year of unfinished business. I've only started two new kits, but finished 5 shelf queens. I've done tons of work to other shelf queens as well. My goal is 17 builds completed by the end of December.

The T-54 on the upper left is done, the rest are shelf queens. This is only half of them, I have ~40 total builds started.

Modeler's attention deficit disorder.. never heard of it..

More progress on the steel wheeled Panther
This one has been sitting and collecting aftermarket like some gigantic magnet for 10+yrs. Time to finish it off..



Engine deck on the old Tamiya kit needed a lot of help.
Only the test model is seen with the raised heater, so I sourced another low heater from the DML kit, lifting hooks from Tiger designs, Eduard etch for screens and track hangers.

Made tiny progress on my Kettenkrad. I hope I can keep this pace up and finish before November.

Quick tip. When posting pics from the url address in the gallery, only use the part that starts with the [ I m g] tag through to the [ / I m g] end tag and remove the bit that says'/ thumbs' (the spaces I have added in this example is so you can see the text). That way a full size pic will appear in the thread.

e.g remove the first bits from [ u r l ] in your post:

I was in the Sniper Campaign but they kicked me out (because it was over weeks ago)...


This was / is going top be a Dio of a Soviet Sniper Team, Ca. Afghanistan 1980's.
Thees are the old ICM Soviet Troops offering. I thought they were an easy build (until I started building them).
