of all the Terminator kits out there, which one (if any) represents the one that entered service with the Russian Armed Forces recently? (Like the one we've seen today at the Red Square Parade)

I THINK that the recent Trumpeter kit with the first-version (old) Ramka hull with the newer, revised turret with the revised, slope-covered Ataka missile system is the one which is slowly creeping into Russian service. This based on what shows up in some field videos and some sporadic researching of that very question.

It's virtually a guarantee that whatever turret actually gets issued, it may update to the Kornet ATGM missile system, which has partially replaced the "Ataka" system that is seen on the original "Terminator" and on all of the BMPT kits now out. The Kornet system will probably be in common with what will be used on the Kurganets and Bumerang and Armata IFV (OK, maybe Armata won't come to pass yet, but Kurganets and Bumerang are entering unit service as we "speak"). But at present, the Terminator kits feature the older Ataka system... older versions with the "stacked, naked" missile-pairs, newer (BMPT-2 and -3) with the shielded horizontal pairs.

The intermediate older hull - newer turret is the one I plan to build for that, anyway!

I suspect that the BMPT will only slowly enter active service - it's expensive (even using the already on-hand older hulls) and there were not a lot of T-72 hulls actually converted. And even fewer modernized to the sleaker BMPT-3 configuration without the grenade-launcher crew stations and equipment.

The big BMPT seems somewhat redundant, to me, as the Kurganets and Bumerang IFV are both smaller, maybe cheaper, and more mobile, and carry that newer un-manned turret with the single cannon but still 4 ATGM... so similar fire-power and versatility. And the Armata IFV would provide the heavier, better-armored version that would be perhaps better suited to work in the MBT environment envisioned for the Armata-14 MBT.

Given the apparent fire-power and enhanced fire-control capabilities of the Kurganets and Bumerang IFV, I'll hope that Putin continues to have grave financial woes and won't be able to actually field a lot of these new systems anytime soon! And if the "Arena" active anti-missile system were to become more affordable and deployed on more of these platforms... You would be talking "FORMIDABLE"!

The Trumpeter Kazakh Terminator kit, is the one you need.
It’s the same as the Russian Terminator.

I think that only the Kakhs have actually fielded that version - the Russians sold a few of their test platforms to the K, so the K kit likely builds a slightly-modified original completed test model. Its very similar to the "Ramka" kit, which builds the original version evaluated for Russian army adoption. The Meng kit(super nice!) Builds this same initial eval version. The later Trumpeter kit with the modernized turret on the initial hull builds what has actually entered very limited Russian unit service.

Panda has caught on to this development... They are already marketing the revised Armata T-15 IFV equipped with the 57mm auto-cannon!

It's an entirely different question, however, as to when the Russian Army will actually get and field many Armata - platform vehicles... The new hull is quite expensive, while there are plenty of T-72 / T-90 hulls to work with - even though these may be somewhat less-desirable from the "unified platform" perspective. It's a heck of a lot cheaper to put the new 57mm turret onto the current BMPT hull. So, I expect that we'll be seeing the BMPT come out in a 57mm up-gunned version. Maybe also an up-gunned Kurganets-25 with that 57mm gun... The BMPT-2 (newer turret, original T-72 modified hull) and the Kurganets-25 are now slowly entering production and into service, and it would be more economical to up-gun those lines than to bring on the entirely-new Armata-15 IFV.

Only time (and maybe Izvestia or Pravda...) will tell!
