Nothing at all wrong with their MSTS-S. The complicated multi faceted turret went together like a breeze. Bu8lt in sag in the tracks, VERY well engineered. Not your granddad's Eastern Expfress kit.

I built the BMD-2 of Eastern Express some years ago, and I still consider it as a decent kit.
I had to work on the lamp support, on the gun muzzle, some scratchbuilt grilles, but it turned out decent.
The teeth of the tracks were somewhat too short and not had reverse tapering at their end, but I had to accept this and they weren't bad for other things.
Yes, I already had it in my stash when the Panda one was issued, could be that I would have acted differently If I hadn't it already.
Anyway I was discouraged to buy the Panda because a review said that gluing all the small teeth of the tracks, two for each link, was a nightmare.
The kit of Skif looks worse: I have their BMD-1 but the link-to-link tracks are without the outer nervures and I read that there are some issues on the gun and hyposcopes.
Skif has some vehicles related to BMD in their catalogue, as the Anona 120 mm sp howitzer; if one wants to make a thematic collection of these vehicles without expensive kitbashing, it could be better to have all them from the same firm to avoid unpleasing comparisons.
