'cause this one is not based on a Panther hull.... it uses their already in existence Versuchsflakwagen 8.8cm Flak 41 auf Sonderfahrgestell (Pz.Sfl.IVc) kit CB35062 and their already in existence German Rheinmetall "Rheintochter" R-2 Anti-Aircraft Missiles and Launcher kit CB35050 as a basis to produce something with minimal outlay for what Nick correctly described as $$$$$$$$$$$$$!!!!!!!!!!!.
Similalrly the others are also all based on existing kits so common sprues will abound. Not that this means they are not welcome releases...
