I know all US vehicles have a standard template for painting in the three color NATO scheme. Is there an online resource that shows these for every vehicle. In particular I'm trying to find references to the M109A6. Cant seem to work it out even through trying to cobble together references on google images

Scalemates' review includes a copy of the Academy instruction sheet which contains what you're looking for I think:

Assuming it's accurate of course and I'm no expert on US Artillery or colour schemes.

Page 226 and 227 of the TM 43-0209 Manual shows the NATO pattern for the M109A2 which should be the same pattern. See if this link will work, https://www.steelsoldiers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=668556&d=1488227880
