I will be traveling to LA and San Diego this week, I was just inquiring if there were any good hobby shops in these areas that I could visit?

There are lots of Great Shop's ! I Dought that you would have that much time to visit them all !!
There are Two (2) in Southern Cal; in Orange County;
Brookhurst Hobbies in Garden grove on Brookhurst Blvd;
And The Military Shop in either Orange or Tustin; The Cities are side by side so this Shop should be easy to find and I Think it is on Tustin Blvd;

When you start your Drive, you take the San Diego Freeway to the Garden Grove Freeway and Exit on Brookhurst Blvd, turning Left or North and the Shop is on the Right side in A Strip Mall; And then you want to go to the other shop; then you will go back to G.G. freeway and Head East towards the Foothills, the Freeway will almost End in Tustin, and just make sure you exit on Tustin Blvd; !!

I second Brookhurst Hobbies, been going there for almost 10 years now. Quite a bit to see, and usually a big table with discounted kits. Have picked up a couple neat kits in the $20-25 range before.

Brookhurst is a great shop, hit it every time I’m in the LA area. Always have a nice, and large selection of armor kits.

I'd second Brookhurst, has the biggest selection and they do have kits for sale as a bargain buys.
