Tim, I have to say that this one good start to a Tiger I. I notice some very clean application of parts. But should you have waited til after the Zimmerit to aplly them???? Is it going to have zimmerrit applied???? Oh well looks good STUG

Very nice work.. It looks like you are on the way to a fine build.. And being a "EARLY " Tiger I it wouldn't have zimmerit now would it????

hwoth, being an "EARLY" it very well may have had zimmerit!!!! Thought feild applied it may have been possible. I was just pointing oput that if he intended to replicte the stuff it may have been better to applyit first then do all that PE. STUG

It's immaterial. The pics that Tim has posted only show tools etc on the flat upper surface of the hull, and this wouldn't have had Zimmerit applied there anyway.

The Teach has a point.. And the Early Tiger could have had field applied zimm.. I was just stirring the pot a little..lol

Yes, but there are the little fiddly bits on the rear hull, those might get covered up by any amount of zimm.
