Dubbed as "Rats of the sky" or "Rats with wings", models of these avian creatures are soon to come out from MiniArt.

Definitely useful, and save me trying to sculpt my own (too small and fiddly). In Australia we called them 'flying rubbish bins', along with seagulls.

Those are really cool. I was looking for some scale pigeons a few years ago when I was wanting some for a WWI vignette. Going to have to order a couple of sets of these to have on hand.

Thank you Tat,

Randy

Oh boy will these come in handy! Finally that ornate village fountain that I bought from Custom Dioramics years ago can have pigeons clustered around (and on) it.

This looks like a very useful set. Birds are everywhere in real life, and they are under-represented in scale modeling as elements of the stories we are trying to tell in styrene. I like how Miniart seems to be trying to fill in the blanks, some big, like the T-54/55 series, and and some little but still important, like all the furniture, glassware, tool sets, etc. They seem to be taking a page from the dollhouse hobby, maybe even creating a new scale and market for non-military subjects in 1/35.
