It looks to be the same PE that is in the Soviet boxing, with the same figures and decals as their previously released British version. I guess the PE makes it a "Special Edition".

Interesting "dazzle"-type camo scheme. Personally I think that I'd rather stick with earth tones.

True enough though I have yet to see either blue or pink soil. Blood red, tan, brown, grey and black; just not those two "unicorn" colours. Silly me would just stick with some tan shade.

It is intended to blend in with the intensive reflective sunlight on the desert sand, which to human eyes, results in blue and pink or magenta colours, much like the Caunter scheme or the pink panther scheme.
