Hi guys,

One of my last kit : Takom T-14 Armata tank.

Nice kit, really quick build.


I've only add Friul tracks


I've paint front glacis with textured paint to give same aspect seen on pics




With Tamiya grey primer


As I want to do a "what-if" Artic camo, I've begin to paint hull using JGSDF Tamyia green.




I've bought J'S Model Armata camo-mask (PPA5164)
Sand yellow will be white
Ochre brown will be grey
Red Primer base will be black

First layer of grey







1st white paint layer


Last part of masking work for the black part




Final result of my Artic camo
j's Camo-mask is really easy to use, very helpfull for this kind of camo.






Nice touch with orange Victory parade Takom decals


I've build little base using plaster




Final result on base.
Very simple weathering, just filters and some dust on trackguards.






Still need to finish a russian tanker to put in front of his beast

Finally, artic camo on MBT is no more a what-if...
It have been seen on T-80BV at Ekaterinburg victory parade this month !!!
