Hi guys! My Tamiya M4A3E2 Jumbo Sherman 1/35 OOB is almost done. All I need to do now is to add the figures. Tell me what you think.

It's in my Armorama Gallery folder Jumbo Sherman. I can't post them since they're a total of 18 pics.

BTW, this is my second attempt on a tank. My first was my T-72M1. Also, this is my first shot on a WWII armor.

Hey shonen_red, that looks really good! I like the way it looks with the white in its recesses >>>> is it supposed to be a really old winter whitewash? coz it looks great. Not sure on figures. You will have to go resin. Perhaps Nemrod 35017 U.S. tank crew?

I have heard nimrod do excellent figures, but they are a little fragile. I haven't actually made any nemrod figs. It's high time dragon or tamiya put out a US tank crew so i can afford it!!!

Thanks colt! I'll be using the figs from the same box. One half figure driver and one whole fig Commander. I just don't have the time to work on it today.

BTW, does the armor on the Battle of the Bulge wear fresh whitewash? I'll be adding this to my big Battle of the Bulge dio.

Thanks! The boxes consist of different styles of hand brushing including drybrushing and washes of different shades.

i like it,

as has been mentioned the stowage is convincing, and i like the worn finish on the tracks.

if its going into a dio, i would suggest adding a very slight sprinkling of snow over the upper surfaces to make it look really wintery!

i think youve found your true calling......ALLIED ARMOUR!!!!!

cheers

You keep saying Tamiya M4A3 76mm. I do not know of this kit. I know the Italeri M4A1 76mm and if I understand what Italeri incorrectly calls M4A2 76mm Jumbo is really a M4A3 76mm.

So are you sure it's a Tamiya M4A3 76mm or 75mm?

Whoopss!!! My mistake, it was the 75mm one. Where the hell did I get that 76mm thing?
