heres cliff's (mr roo) finished Australian Army 30cwt Chevrolet General Service truck with a local built 'Holden' Body for the British/Commonwealth
it is converted from the tamiya LRDG truck, with lots of scratchbuilding

Agreed, it was fun. The builds are going for forcing one to build a specific vehcile and actually finish it, rather than have a growing number of partially built projects.
