Thanks to Campaign leader Davecox and all participants for this great campaign. I had good time building this model.
My entry represent a Canuck rider on the road to Caen after landing on Juno Beach on June 6th,1944.
Figure is from Tamiya Brits on Patrol kit ,bike is from Italeri Schwimmwagen kit. Canuck rider is straight from the box with some straps additions, bike had some surgery -removing fenders and rubber parts of pedals, replacing the plastic chain with twisted copper wire and adding brake and brake wire.
Painted in enamels, washed and weathered in oils. Base is weathered in pastels.

Engin, this is not only an extremely well made, painted and presented figure, but is so evocative of the infantryman making his way from the beach to his 'starting off' point - it's the attitude of the figure and the look on his face!

Graywolf great job. One remarks the tyres of the bycicle are a little to diep on the ground it would not be easy to puch ( that damm (would think the soldier ) ) bike with one hand.
Anyway I like your model congratulation

Fantastic looking Canadian there, especially since you took two plastic kits and made them look resin.
Nice job on the color selection for the uniform, that can be a tough color to get right. What did you use?
Shadows are also very nice.
So it looks like 66 percent of the figures for the campaign are now done!

Superb is all I can say about this one Engin. You have captured the whole thing from the landscape to the expression on the face. The colors and textures are first class. Bravo and Three Cheers

Engin
As usual a nice and unusual scene you made.. I like it very much... Shows that even the simple things were used during the battle. Great Job... Good painting and superb groundworks.
A masterpiece
