Thanks for sharing your photos csago!
Most of the dioramas and compositions like this I've seen really don't look convincing - but yours is very nice. I like the water work, jungle, figures, and boat. Nice balance all around.

What an amazing dio csago. Everything is so well done ... vegetation, water, surf, figures, painting and layout.
The only nit-pick I have is .... more pictures and hopefully one of the entire dio.
All-round excellent!

WOOOOW
I had a great dio idea, Thank You I have been feeling really down lately and haven't been modeling but thank god i seen your post. I got a renewed modeling in me.
I have always liked to do a dio about vietnam but it seemed to much with all that foilage.
It is impressive, No critcs here only questions. The detail on the figures are increditable I did the DML modern figs for a dio and didn't come out like that.
The fadeing on the boat is awsome.
You will have alot to teach some of us.
Welcome to the site you are among some of the best teachers about modeling in the world. These people are the best ever.
Happy Modeling

Thanks to all. The scale is 1/35, the boat is the Dragon DML Light Seal Support Craft, and the Seal Patrol are from the Dragon DML "Seal 2" box with some legs of Dragon DML "LRRPS" and "Marine Recon". The pilot is the original figure with a new head from DML "Vietnam Helicopter Crew"; and finally the M-60 gunner is a combination of DML "Marines Khe Shan" torso, a head and legs from "Seal 2", and arms from "Vietnam Helicopter Crew". The water is just clear poliester resin, with acrilic artist gel for the foam.
And the "Charlies" are from Dragon DML "Vietcongs", only with exchange of legs. More pics at "My photos"

Absolutely fantastic Dio. I like a lot the water effect the vegetations , the figures painting , and the whole scnic as is laid out .
If u could give some more info on vegetations and water techniques would be interesting to see.
BRAVO
