I am sorry for beeing absent from the campaign page and is something u know i usually dont do but ....the International Figure show in Athens was getting all my attraction so sucked me all my free time.
So i went there and won a prize for one of my figures and i am very happy .I also introduced Armorama to many people from Greece and other Countries
So came back from the Athens International sjow on 1st of June and looked at the DUKW had only done 15-20% of main work .
The pity was that i wanted to superdetail it madde convertion and add the M36 hip ring to mount the machine gun on , and all these handles tie downs , create new Winch box and many other details i had in mind over 24 points to improve , alter , scratch . So from ist of June i promised my self that i wanted to be ok with the Campaign spirit and finishing date and also do not make a simple bit of compromise to the models quality as i see it from my point of view .
So last 3 nights i simply did not sleeped i worked from 7 in the afternon till 6 in the morning non stop , with just some food and water - 36 continuus hours of modelling work , first time i do . My family is away for few day so nop wife no baby.
I am proud to announce that in these 3 full days (nights actually ) my eyes almost bleeded and the knives attecked my fingers manytimes , but ..............................i am happy to announce that i am at 85% almost . So today i do the next 12 hours work and maybe more as it is Saturday tommorow and i dont work .
SO MR CAMPAIGN LEADER Major_Goose is denying the Extension and wants to be in the sack with all other participants .
The meaning of my effort is that being member of a club means a lot to me.
ANd i feel very good to be a part of its uniform than be even a lil apart from the body - though i had a good reason - i won a prize - .
I also want to be ready on DDay to honour the effort and the spirit of the day

Thanks Leadership for giving me the 3 day extension , and i kindly will not use it .
