While not knowledgable in armor I think it looks good Penny. Maybe a slightly different color on the rolled tarp tie downs and a strap accross both the tarps and the two boxes will finish it off.
Then a light weathering especially around the tracks.
good Job Penny

Other than being a little too shiny-and-new looking, it looks pretty good. A nice clean build.
You might want to give it a nice dullcote and maybe add a little weathering.
Did you coat it with Future? I ask because it looks a little dark, like I have experienced with using Future. After a Dullcote, you might want to lighten up the overall color with a dry-brushing of OD.

Lady,
I think the tank looks GreAT! Right off a flatcar and headed to the unit parking lot.
I agree that the tarp/equipment rolls need a little variety in color. Maybe a flat finish too.
The M-26 itself though, right outta the Ordnance yard and still a beauty. Proud crew members would've posed for a snapshot.

Penny
You have done well here. This is a great kit and builds into a wonderful model as you have proven here.
This one could be kicked up another notch by dry brushing the high points. Lighten your base coat paint with some white and dry brush the high spots making those details really pop. It will add some color interest for the eye. Also a light dust spray around the lower hull, rear end, and suspension areas would look very appropriate on this beast.
Congrats on finishing your Pig in a Pile Campaign build.

Lady, great job with the model. Ask yourself, what look you want. Do you want "just off the factory floor" or the "been in the combat field for a while" look. If you want the battle look, you can use all the previous described methods of weathering from the other postings. The rollled tarps need to be lighter, that brown is little dark, you want to go with a light wash or dry brushing of a linen color or lighter browns. The Pershing looks good.

It looks great. The tarp does look a little bit too dark though. Mud and battle wear would really set it off I think, but it's all up to you. Most like to go all out to see how battle beaten they can make their tanks and some just like them brand new looking and couldn't think of making them look dirty One other thing, is usually on tanks there is a lighter color interior (white, or sea foam). Haven't read up much on the Pershing so I’m not sure what interior color they had, but it might be something to look into. If I’m wrong on that someone please correct me. :-)

Hey Penny nice job on this fun kit ...I do agree that it is a bit shiny ..You should add some straps to your boxes on the back as I don't think they would stay on the back very long if they weren't tied down....One other thing don't forget to paint the commander visors.. Good job

Thanks for the tips and suggestions guys... I did weather it with a sludge wash, but my camera is a crappy one and doesn't get good detailed pics. I will put a dull coat on it as soon as I can get a good feel for a lighter dry brushing, and post a pic.

Penny, you may want to use Testors MM acrylic gloss instead of Future It doesn't darken up the base coat like Future does Then use the acrylic flat stuff from Testors to flatten it up The Pershing does look great
