Looking good mate! The hull looks very dirty, but the turret seems so clean. You might want to balance the weathering on this one. Maybe add more dirt/ dust on the turret.

I have to agree that the turret needs some of the same treatment as the hull...If you want to make your kit look just a bit better I would suggest you cut off the molded on grab handle on the commanders hatch and make a new one from wire..That makes a big difference.. you could add them to the drivers and radio operators hatches too... I would add some dark washes to bring out some of the details ..try heavy washes around the periscopes and other details . I'd thin out those light guards a bit next time ...you'd be amazed at what you can do with just a file ..no need to change them for P/E if you are patient. I'd muddy up the lower hull a bit more ...but that's up to you. Also don't forget to paint your open periscopes on the turret roof. Are you going to add decals ?? Might be better to get them on before the final weathering or they will stick out like a soar thumb...Your added on armor plates on the hull front should have a heavy weld beads at the top and bottom you shouldn't see a joint there .. Add a dark wash to the inside of you cannon . Keep it up it is coming along nicely ...
