I'm in I guess. Maybe I can do it over Christmas break. I'm finishing up the 105 Shermie and its...well... interesting. Thats about the best way to put it. Trying to do the whitewash it fun though. I took an old 1/48 F-16A that I did in my early childhood (you know, plastic cement smacked on, huge gaping holes, no paint, maybe a decal or two; you know you did it). Well anyway, took this F-16 painted it OD and played with whitewash techniques. Looks really wierd!!! What I'd like to do is get Academy's M10 and let loose.

What the hey, never participated in one of these online builds so I thought I would throw in with this effort. Sounds fun. My "to-build" list looks like either an AFV Club M10 or their upcoming 251/9 Kanonenwagen was going to be on the docket at about that time, so it should dovetail nicely. On to Bastogne!

Sherminator, all campaigns have a designated time period that you are allowed to build. I don't remember exactly when this one begine but it's around November 7, 2004 to February 6, 2005. You have to build and complete your project and have the pictures posted to the appropriate place by the end date. Rules are here

I see quite a few people are going with the M4A3 105mm Sherman. I have my Ardennes Offensive kit all picked out and believe it or not, it isn't a Sherman

However I have been sworn to secrecy so you'll have to wait till it's submitted!!

Shoen, get on Guntruck to make this official!!!

I think I will do a Sherman M4A1 (76mm) running down a steep hill.

Hmmm....not sure what I will build, but I must be in this one. My Dad was in the 101st Airborne, and right smack in the middle of the Battle of the Bulge!!

Sherminator....yes, extremely proud of him. I remember I used to ask him why he would ever jump out of a good airplane, and he would tell me he did it for the extra pay every month. (jump pay back then was probably no more than $20 a month)
