Mary girl, I love that model and I will forever!
Tamiya's M41 was about the funnest model I have ever built. It didn't challenge me too much with the construction, but oh, did I learn to drybrush and weather a model with the durable Walker Bulldog! I still keep it on the display shelf with pride! I'll take some pix to show you how well a relativley "Easy" kit can look so sweet!
Good Talent wished and Encouragement always!

Hi Mary
Its a very promising start.
You have the hull and suspension looking very good. It looks to me like you have a very sound foundation for an excellent first model.
Your construction finish looks good and clearly you have expended a lot of time and care.
I like seeing in progress shots. I admire your courage I have to pluck up a fair amount before I can display some of my own work.
Regards

Looks good, so far.
There are a couple holes in the hull between the return rollers that may show when you're finished. You might want to fill them with some sprue or scrap plastic and sand them flush.
It looks like your road wheels are nice and level. To make sure, before the glue sets, place the hull on a completely flat surface and make sure all the wheels are touchlng the surface.
Keep up the good work.

looks good mary. is the bottom of the hull painted yet?
i dont paint my tank till the upper hull and bottom.
are glued then i will paint it,
because some times the gule dont stick well to the paint and if the glue runs it will ruin the paint,
plus after i glue the hulls together then i will add
all the small stuff. like the light and the guards.
because if u add that before u glue the 2 hulls
it could break off on u.
and after i add all thats stuff i then will paint the thank,
then had the road wheels and the tracks.
but u are doing a great job

Hey Mary ...Good start so far ...I would agree about filling those holes in the sides they will probably show on the finished model...Next time you should add some damage to your road wheels ...When you are cleaning up the mould lines on the wheels ..use a rougher file and gouge them a bit here and there, this adds a bit of reality to the kit....
Keep up the good work ...Can't wait to see more.

Looking good so far Mary. If you are feeling like you would like to go one step[ forward you could cover the holes in the bottom of the chassis with some plastic stock. The holes are for the motorized version of this model. Although the bottom won't show on display.
