Well its not much but its a start
I used Plaster of Paris or something for the ruble. I got alot more to do with it. The Balsa wood thing is going to be the base of the roof which is going to have shingles.
The Paratroopers will be hiding behing a small stone fence.
Thats mostly about it.

Nice beast, it looks well done. The images are a bit dark
One thought on the rubble, if that's a roof remember there were walls holding it up, they have to be there somewhere, in the form of wall stubs, piles of rubble whatever. I know there is a lot to do still, that's just one thing I see.

Yeah i know. Im still adding stuff it. Im just making some more walls from the plaster.

What I would do for concret dust is to take a piece of your plaster wall, maybe the part that you cut out for a door or window. Take that and grind it up, first with a few nice taps from a hammer, then progressivly smaller chuncks, till its the size you're looking for.
At the weathering level you can investigate Pastels, chalk crayons. You scrape the ends of these down to a pile of colored dust then apply it with a brush. If you need more on this just ask.
