Here are a couple of in progress pictures of my Dragon M26A1 Pershing. It will go into a small diroama along with Dragon's Chosin Reservior Marines. The kit has some significant fit issues (IMHO), particularly the hull machine gun and turret mantlet. This was my first effort with individual link tracks and they were a breeze to assemble and get on the tank. Comments are always welcome.

Keith...
Great looking Sherman so far...I can't wait to see the finished Dio...I imagine it's going to be a winter Dio...I have a soft spot for Chosin themes, for my Dad was there for the whole ordeal. Just curious, why did you pick Chosin for a theme? I am currently working on a Dio that depicts one of my Fathers campaign decorations, the Bronze Star with Valor Award, based upon his and the governments depiction of why he recieved the award. I'm taking my time with it, for it will be his when finished. Good luck and keep up the good work!!
Sincerely,
Gunny

Good to see you solved the fit problems we discussed in the PMs Keith. Look forward to seeing it painted & mounted in it's dio.

Gunny: I wish there was a nobler reason for doing a diorama based on the Chosin Reservoir, but it is simply a matter of wanting to participate in the Remember Korea Campaign and the fact that I had both the Pershing kit and the figures already in my stash.
Dave: It was a pain, but I finally got both the mantlet and machine gun mounting to fit.
