I finished the 250 Neu in time for the AMPS East show.
It was rushed a bit there at the end, but I did manage to pull a bronze.

The upper hull to rear hull was a bit of a tough fit.

Niiiicccceee.
Rushed and pulled off a bronze!? So that's what I have been doing wrong all these years--taking my time. :-)

What scale? Is it braile?

Congrats!!

Mike you are doing it right,if you drive to the show, holding the kit out the window t force dry the final coat of Dullcoat.
umm,I think you could add tool clip handles to the areas on the tools that look like bands.

Thanks guys,
The semi backlit worktop played hell with the autofocus-autoflash.
It's a lot less washed out in real life and the whole thing is in focus at once.. :-)

It's DML's 1/35 Neu Keith. And somewhere in here (Rivet Review) is a posting about it being 'nearly' done the weekend before the show.. I wasn't up past 11 the night before the show, but not by much.

Carl, there is a bit more detail in the tool clamps than the pics show, but also (just noticed..) the unfilled and unremoved outline of where some MG ammo should go back there next to the fire extinguisher.
Other than a set of Anvil (WWII Productions?) resin tracks all the additional details are either swiped from another kit or scratched. But I guess it wasnt dolled up enough or dirty enough for the fellers at the table that day.
Part of my trouble with the AMPS mentality is that you HAVE to throw an aftermarket's kitchen sink at a kit to score well.

Oh well, it was a fun build and unlike other super dee duper detailed projects this one is done!

That little half track is so cool!!!

I think that you should maybe add some numbers on the side

As for numbers, I was out of the size/stlye of archer numbers I needed and did not have time for another gloss / decal/ flat / wash / pastel session before the show. There are plenty of pics of them wthout numbers, but yeah all that side looks pretty empty.

Yeah, they're a sweet looking little kit.

I've got a couple more, I might do one up in a gloss red 'roadster' paint scheme...
Or maybe fill the side w Nascar advertising decals??
