For the campaigns, say I have a vehicle or aircraft that would fit nicely into a camapaign. However I have already built it (prior to learning about the site) would I be allowed to enter it?

Campaigns are meant to be started and completed during the official campaign dates. Some exceptions can be made by the campaign leader if you only glued a few pieces together but that is entirely at the descretion of the leader
