The Heavy Hauler Campaign is now official. For all those that are interested and haven't enlisted yet now is the time. We have 4 days and a wake up for the start.
I hope that "Santa" brings you something to build. The more the merrier.

Howdy Dave,
Congratulations!! on getting your official 'legs' for this fine Campaign. I am absolutely certain that it is going to be one of those Campaign's where the entries are going to knock people's socks off! And with you at the helm, none of us could ask for a better navigator.
Now, since we've got such illustrious participants in this here build, I am going to ask for some suggestions as to what would be a good choice. I had originally planned on doing my Faun, but I would prefer to do something a wee bit more 'obscure'.........maybe.
Anybody got anything they want to toss on the table??

Tread:
You are correct -- the bar has really been raised in this one !!!
I started looking at scratching an M818 tractor & M127A1 trailer, but I'm not far along in the planning & think I better just stick with my Dragon Wagon & LCM
Hopefully my add-on work will make up for entering such a mundane subject !!!
John
PS: I think by strict definition of the Campaign, 'Roo's 3rd picture wouldn't work unless you did a conversion to a "tractor" drawn wagon But then the campaign calls for a "semi-trailer", so you'd have to persuade Dave that the front-axle was really a dolly :-) :-)
