Guys
I just thought I'd start this thread so anyone can report on the progress of their projects.
I've filled the airholes in the CrARRV upper hull and started the dozer blade assembly on mine.

I have my M88 on about 40%. Still lot's of details need to be added! Check the pic:
I also bought a M32 which may become my second entry, depending on how much time I'll have for modelling!
Greetings

My M26 is about 75% done, still more painting to do and figures to obtain... The sitting Tamiya figures leave a bit to be desired.

T-2 Recovery Vehicle.
Progress as of a couple weeks ago was posted here:
https://armorama.kitmaker.net/forums/42553&page=1
Since then I've got the upper turret shaped right, and I've decided that with the rear deck grillwork open I need some engine compartment detail. I have a Verlinden Sherman engine compartment that I can take some parts from -- it will be a minimal effort back here -- I'm not opening doors & hatches.
Anyway, I'm ready to start the fleeting sheave assembly inside the upper turret while I work the details in the hul interior. Right now I'm fitting setas, drivetrain, etc and also trying to make the tool cabinets.
Pix should be forthcoming. I took a break for about a week to inventory & re-arrange my stash (that's also how I found the engine compartment).

My entry is still wrapped up warm and cosy .
As soon as I finish some of my other current projects, I'll start cutting sprue on this one. It will be the recovery version which the Germans used in Poland.
Cheers
Henk

Henk you've got yourself a model that isn't much seen, and I like that!
Oh I've decided to make a M32 based on a M4A3 with HVSS after all.....so it'll be a M32A1B3
Greetings,
Martin

Hi Martin, Yes I do like models with are a bit unusual. Untill recently that meant having to buy expensive resin kits, but with the emerging companies from (mainly) Eastern Europe, a welcome influx of plastic 'oddities' has become available at reasonable prices.

Looks cool mate! But shouldn't the rear wheel also be painted black? (the ehmm "outside" of the wheel)
I'm making good progress on my M88 now...only 2 more pages of the instructions to go :-)

The rear idlers and the support rollers were steel. So they are originally the hull color, until wear sets in.

Great looking ARV
Barv
That's a interesting variant of the M60 Where did you get plans for the boom? Or is that a resin conversion?
