Martin, the Visible Frog was a really old, and I mean OLD from when I was a kid, kit. It was molded in clear plastic, and had the frogs guts in plastic parts, and you could disembowel the poor little plastic frog bloodlessly without any mess, or having your sister telling you what a gross bast**d you were. It's been reissued many times over the years, along with the visible man and woman, which came with the ability to have in a pregnant or non pregnant configuration. Also made were the visible cow, horse, dog (If I recall the dog was a boxer), and fish, (Brooktrout)
Just figured since a frog is an amphibian I could squezze it in....
:-) :-) :-) :-) OH Martin, it was meant as a joke, by the way. I guess these kits never made it to Europe?
So I guess I'd just do a swimming VW.....

Hi Martin,
I'm number 21 in line.....count me in for a LVT(A)4, not sure if I make a dio around it, or it will be a stand-alone...
We'll see, have fun everyone!!
Let's go down to the waterline!!
John.

does a M-113 count?
I've been told that one can drive and swim as well, so yeah, sure! An idea could be a little dio with a M113 that is about to drive into the water, cause that shows the M113 can actually swim (I don't think everybody knows) But this is of course just an idea, a dio is not needed!
I'd love to see your M113!
Rowan and John, welcome aboard!

I just joined up Now then is it just vehicles that were designed to be amphibious/drive over land? Or would say a Sherman with wading gear be attached to it be eligable for the campaign?

Hi Chad
Glad you joined! The idea of this campaign is to build a vehicle that can drive and swim. A Sherman with wading gear can go through deep water, but it can't float and therefore it can't be an entry for this campaign....sorry. The vehicle must be able to float and swim!
Cheers,
Martin
